Shipping policy

Condition of Sale
All items purchased from SHIROKAI Inc. will be shipped in 1-2 days (if an item is in stock). Any items not in stock will be shipped when they arrive at our warehouse. 

 Not all SHIROKAI Inc. products on our online shop are in stock. Products ordered online that are not in stock are known as “Backordered.” Backorders take an estimated 30-90 days for delivery. Remember that this is only an estimate and may take up to 180 days or more due to customs clearance issues or delays in manufacturing. SHIROKAI Inc. will always give updates to such cases. Customer Service is our main focus. We can only do our best to keep you updated but cannot control manufacturing issues or overseas shipment issues.

Accepting Delivered Items
SHIROKAI Inc. is not responsible for any items that leave our warehouse facility once packed and picked up by delivery service (UPS/FedEx/Freight Carrier/etc.). All packages must be inspected and accepted if everything arrives in satisfactory condition. All items that leave SHIROKAI Inc. are brand new unless otherwise noted. 

If you receive damaged items due to mishandling from the shipping company, please call the shipping company immediately and make a damaged goods claim. All packages are provided with insurance free of charge. 

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our Customer Service department via email hello@shirokai.com. If the order has been prepared for shipment, we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled before it ships and you may be responsible for the cost of returning the product if you choose to return it. Orders that have been shipped and are in transit cannot be canceled, and you will be responsible for shipping the product back if you choose to return it. All in stock orders placed by 2pm Pacific time, Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), will be shipped within the same business day. All in stock orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday. You will receive another e-mail confirmation after the order has been shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification with your tracking number, please contact us via email hello@shirokai.com.
