Shipping
Our shipping is free for all items :)
You might be charged from your local customs for customs clearance of imported goods.
We building 3 stock all over the world, one in US (CA), another in Europe (Russia) and one in Asia (Japan) to lower the shipping costs, so your item will be sent from nearest stock where its in stock.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our Customer Service department here. If the order has been prepared for shipment, we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled before it ships and you may be responsible for the cost of returning the product if you choose to return it. Orders that have been shipped and are in transit cannot be canceled, and you will be responsible for shipping the product back if you choose to return it. All in stock orders placed by 2pm Pacific time, Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), will be shipped within the same business day. All in stock orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday. You will receive another e-mail confirmation after the order has been shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification with your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us here.


Return Policies

  • Any return/exchange must be within 30 days of receiving the item. Item must be brand new and unmounted for return/exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure that it is in brand new condition and is complete with all original accessories. Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will issue your store credit.
  • We can not accept any returns or exchanges on any product(s) that has been modified.
  • We do not offer partial refunds on product(s) that have been "partially" used.
